Shipping Policy: Shipping will take approximately 10-15 business days to deliver the item after it has been processed. Return Policy: At Square River, we will gladly replace a defective item within 30 days of purchase. Please email us to get authorization before returning the item. Non-defective merchandise returns must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise orders totaling more than $200 will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. Conditions: Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. 1. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, as shipped by us. 2. Merchandise and merchandise packaging must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will not be accepted for return. Product Availability: At Square River, we try to ensure that all the products listed on the website are readily available. If for any reason a product that you have placed an order for is out of order, we will try to back-order the product or will refund you the money per your choice. Square River will not be liable for anything more than the original amount that you paid for that item.
